Start paying off your 2026 stationery pack with our pre-paid monthly installment option

Steps:

1. Place an Order:
   • Directly on our website:

   • Important Information When Placing the Order:
     1. Parent’s Name and Surname
     2. Email Address
     3. Cellphone Number
     4. Child’s Name and Surname
     5.  Boy/Girl
     6. School Grade (2026)
2.  Account Setup:
   • We will open an account for you (Parent’s Name and Surname) where your pre-payments will be allocated as received.
3. Making Pre-Payments:
   • In-store: Unit 4, 61 Van der Walt Street, Dalview, Brakpan
   • EFT: Into our bank account using the Parent’s Name and Surname that placed the order.
4. Pre-Payment Amount:
   • The amount of pre-payment is up to you; we do not stipulate a specific amount, however we do suggest R100 per pack minimum to build a proper fund as most pack prices range anywhere between R750 and R2400.
5. Price Finalization:
   • In November 2025, pack prices will be finalized and you will be notified of your final invoice value. We aim to estimate prices accurately, but list changes and supplier price increases are unpredictable due to fluctuations in the import exchange rates.
6. Customizations:
   • Once full pack are published on our various ordering platforms, you can send us customization requirements via email to info@qtktstationers.co.za for recordkeeping purposes. WhatsApp tends to delete our older messages so we miss important information on WhatsApp.
7. Order Packing:
   • Orders will be packed starting 15 November 2025.
8. Notification:
   • You will be notified via WhatsApp and Email when your packs are ready for collection.
9. Collection:
   • Packs will be available for collection at our shop.
   • Only fully paid packs will be available for collection.
   • You can request delivery via courier of you pack at a fee which will be quoted before delivery as the weight of the packs can only be determined once packed.
10. Receipts and Proof of Payments:

• • Please request proof of payment when paying in Cash or Card in order for both parties to have proper record of the transactions. EFT proof of payments should be directed to admin@qtktstationers.co.za.
